Where are you located and what areas do you serve?

Evergreen Lens Media is based in the Pacific Northwest and primarily serves Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.

How do we officially book with Evergreen?

Your date is officially reserved once a proposal is signed and payment is made.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Events booked 180 days or more in advance may be paid up to 4 equal installments.
Events booked less than 180 days before the event date require full payment at booking.

Is there a discount for paying in full?

Yes. Clients who pay in full at the time of booking receive a 5% discount.

What happens if we need to cancel?

Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance the event is canceled.

180+ days before the event: may be eligible for a partial refund

120–179 days before the event: may be eligible for a reduced refund

Less than 120 days before the event: non-refundable

Will a specific photographer or videographer be assigned to us?

Evergreen operates with a team-based coverage model. While we do not guarantee a specific individual, all team members are trained in Evergreen’s style and workflow.

Do you provide RAW or unedited files?

No. RAW or unedited files are not released under any circumstances.

When will we receive our photos?

Sneak peeks: within 10 days

Full photo gallery: within 30 days

When will we receive our video?

30-second teaser: within 20 days

Highlight film and full edits: within 60 days

How are files delivered?

All final images and videos are delivered digitally via a secure download link. Galleries remain active for six (6) months, so we recommend downloading and backing up your files.

Can we request edits or revisions?

Video: One round of minor revisions is included for highlight films

Photos: Requests outside our standard editing workflow are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed

Can we share our photos and videos?

Yes. Clients may print, share, and post final images and videos for personal use.

Will Evergreen use our images publicly?

Evergreen retains copyright and may use images and videos for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes.
If you prefer to opt out, please submit a written request before the event date.

What happens if Evergreen Lens Media can’t perform due to an emergency?

In the unlikely event Evergreen Lens Media is unable to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control—such as severe weather, illness, or other emergencies—we will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement or reschedule the services, subject to availability. If neither option is possible, we will follow industry-standard practice and refund the full amount you have paid. For full details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
